Apartments 7 and 9 have heating via the air conditioning system.
These apartments are wonderful winter sun traps in autumn and spring.
To secure your holiday a 50% deposit is to be paid in Pound Sterling to our Natwest Account in London or in Euro to our bank account in Soller, Mallorca, Spain. (Please remember to add End of Stay Cleaning and Tourist Tax to the amount). The balance is required to be paid a month before arrival. Please contact the owner to obtain payment details.
The changover day is SATURDAY in order to co-ordinate bookings. We prefer guests to arrive after noon and leave by 10am
The Prices quoted are per week in Pounds Sterling.
All prices shown include bedding and towels.
Cleaning occurs every 7 nights for longer stays.
An end cleaning charge is applicable of £75 for every stay
Prices DO NOT include flights or car hire
Longer stays and last minute special offers are by negotiation
The garbage bins are under the pine trees in the curve of the road at the base of the wall of the maritime museum. It is essential that guests take out all garbage during and at the end of their stay.
During your stay, if the weather is windy, please pull in the yellow sun blind and ensure windows are clipped to the wall.
TOURIST TAX and PASSPORT DETAILS
Portsollerapartments.com are a legal tourist rental within the Port of Soller. By Law we have to collect the following information, pass it to the Guardia Civil (Police) and pay the designated tourist tax per person. The charge for Ecotasa is €2 per person per day - please add the amount needed to your final bank transfer.
