You go straight ahead past a football field on the right and a car park on the left until you come to a deep cut in the rock face directly in front, here you take a dog leg left proceeding straight ahead through a cut between two buildings and then taking a left turn down towards the sea by a walled area dotted with pines.

When you come down this hill towards the sea with the boats directly in front of you take a sharp right turn into a road with a NO ENTRY sign and the restaurants EL RACO and EL PIRATA on the right. This road heads uphill. (SEE PHOTOS ABOVE - DO NOT TAKE THE LOWER ROAD WITH THE TRAM TRACKS - The apartment block is the orange building that you can see behind Lua restaurant on the photo). This road is narrow so be prepared to back up some if needed to let another car passed. There is parking between pine trees at the base of the huge wall of the Maritime museum. The apartment building is a clay colored square building, the third along from the maritime museum and on the same side. Park your car to unload your luggage and then park the car down on the free parking at the wharf below. Santa Catalina is residence parking only, so on the long term its better to park down on the wharf.

IMPORTANT NOTE: access to the building is through the top entrance nearest to the look out and Maritime Museum. (photo of Maritime Museum entrance below)
